AXA Achievement Scholarship
Due: December 15, 2009
Eligibility: High school seniors who demonstrate an ambition and self-drive as evidenced by achievement in activity in school, the community, or the work place.
Scholarship Amount: State $10,000 and National $25,000

Gates Millennium Scholars
Due: January 11, 2010
Eligibility: High school seniors that are African American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian Pacific Islander American or Hispanic American with a 3.3 unweighted GPA that meet the Federal Pell Grant eligibility criteria
Scholarship Amount: Opportunity to attend any U.S. accredited college of choice with renewable funding for up to five years.

Burger King Scholars
Due: February 1, 2010
Eligibility: High school seniors with a GPA of 2.5 or higher that work part-time for a minimum of 10 hours per week or 40 weeks per year, demonstrate financial need
Scholarship Amount: $1,000

Eligibility: High school seniors that submit application and an essay on “Importance of Establishing and Maintaining Good Credit during Your College Years”
Scholarship Amount: $2,500 first place, $2,000 second place, $1,500 third place

KFC Colonel’s Scholars
Due: February 10, 2010
Eligibility: High school seniors with at least a 2.75 GPA that demonstrate financial need and will be attending a public university
Scholarship Amount: $5,000 renewable for up to 4 years

Eligibility: High school seniors with at least a 3.0 GPA and have a passion to visual or performing arts

Whole Person Scholarship Competition, ORU

Eligibility: Any high school senior who has submitted a completed application to Oral Roberts University that has a 3.0 GPA and a 21 ACT or a 1000 SAT (math and critical reading only).
