The Coachella Valley recently became my home after graduating from the University of Hawai`i and marrying my wonderful husband, Justin Tidwell. He is a desert native as the Tidwell family has been involved with Christian Schools of the Desert since 1986.
I have greatly enjoyed becoming a part of what often brings our family together. From watching my brother-in-law graduate in 2009 to standing on the football sidelines as my husband coaches, I praise God for the vital role that this school plays in my life and within our community.
I feel blessed beyond measure to be able to pray with my students daily and to have the opportunity to share my faith. CSOD is special to my heart because it is so much more than buildings where mathematics are learned; it is a ministry, a thriving community where lifelong relationships and family are built.
I am excited for our school academically as we have implemented a Spanish curriculum from Preschool all the way through High School. Academically speaking, I also greatly enjoy working with students closely to ensure their best route for college is mapped out and effectively executed.
Here at CSOD I believe we reach the goals of our mission statement: encouraging students to grow spiritually, academically, physically, and socially. I am proud to serve at Christian Schools of the Desert!

He will take great delight in you,
he will quiet you with his love,
he will rejoice over you with singing."
